Founded in 2020, GEM Shuttles & Transport is more than just a transport company—it’s a family legacy built on trust, safety, and lasting value. What began with my father as a small family enterprise has grown into a thriving service that I am proud to now lead as the Director.

Our name, GEM, reflects what a gem truly is: something rare, treasured, and of value. We carry this meaning into everything we do, treating every passenger as precious, valuing their time, their needs, and above all, their safety. Every journey with us is handled with the same care and dedication as if we were transporting our own family.

We began by providing staff transport ensuring employees reached their workplaces safely and reliably. Soon, we saw another important opportunity—the safe transport of children at various schools between Franschhoek and Paarl. That trust, placed in us by parents and schools, helped shape our identity and sharpened our commitment to responsibility and reliability. As our reputation grew and so too did our fleet, enabling us to serve larger groups and cover greater distances across South Africa.
